I wish I had more $ for supps....
Currently I take a few supplements, but if I had more $ I would definitely splurge on high quality supplements. Here is my supplement wish list/regimen which I hope I will be able to afford one day:
-Multivitamin (Xtend-Life brand) 2X/day
-Vitamin D3: 5000IU/day (not during the summer)
-Fish oil capsule (Xtend-Life brand) 2X/day
-Liquid flax oil (Omega Nutrition) 1tbs/day
-Green drink (Vitamineral Green) 1-2X/day
-Red drink (Fruits of the Earth) 1X/day
-Whey protein: 30-90 grams/day
-Coconut Oil (Nutiva organic): 1-2 tbs/day
-Olive Oil: 1-3 tsp/day
-Raw Honey: 1 tbs/day
-Raw cacao powder (Big Tree Farms): 2 tbs/day
-Garlic Capsule: 1-3X/day
-Cinnamon: 2tsp/day
-Cayenne Pepper: 2tsp/day
-Turmeric: 2tsp/day
-Green Tea: 18-36 ounces/day
-Bee Pollen: 2tbs/day
-Propolis: .5tsp/day
-Royal Jelly: .25-.5tsp/day
-Some type of algae (spirulina, chlorella, or marine phytoplankton)
-Ginseng
-At least 1 fermented food per day
I know a lot of my list is food, herbs, or spices. I include these because I would treat them as supplements making sure I get them every day. Would everyone please share with me their wish list if they could take everything they want? I'm sure I left out some good stuff.
