Hi. Very interesting, thanks. Being in Uk it is different tea we drink, with some milk. I never have sugar though and make sure it is always weak and never with meals. If I have coffee it is weak and some milk and never with meals. I have only been reading up about nutrition, herbs etc for a few days and have already learnt so much! I figure it makes more sense to spend some of my hard earned savings on some herbs or whatever to make my healthier and fitter than to keep it stashed away but not enjoy life the same. Perhaps this is all why I often end up run down and needing iron supplements. Will do my best to rectify it.
