Default Am I doing too much?

So after reading about the FANTASTIC benefits of wheatgrass juice, coconut oil, and flax seed oil, I decided to set up a regime.

2 ounces of wheatgrass juice
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 flax seed oil

I'm feeling pretty good so far, but I am a little concerned that maybe I'm taking in too much. What are you thoughts?

- Greatly appreciated

Sounds like really good nourishing diet additions. When you choose healthy food then your diet has less room for the unhealthy stuff. Keep it up.

Most people, who are concerned about Candida fungus, take 2 tablespoons of coconut oil per day as a minimum. Even if you don't have such fungus, it is good to keep up that amount. Coconut oil is antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. Externally, coconut oil and tea tree oil are the best for most all skin conditions.

You concoction looks very good. You should have no concern for taking too much of it.

An impressive line up! On the assumption that you're getting your five-a-day, or more, as well - the basis of a very healthy diet.

If you start feeling sick or having negative side effects then your probably taking too much. Try taking it with meals.

I take something like 15 different vitamins and mineral supplements along with loads of healthy oils and all the edible greens you can think of. I'm about to grow my own wheatgrass too.

it's very easy. beware of contamination with wheatgrass (as opposed to other sprouts). for some reason mine seems more susceptible to mold than my other sprouts.

don't know if you know the tek yet, but soak for 8-14 hours, then rinse well and drain WELL. continue to rinse and drain at least 2 times a day, and contamination shouldn't be much of a problem. remember, drain the jar VERY WELL, as in, water stops dripping out at all. even a little excess water in the bottom will spoil your batch before the grass is done. if one is only growing for sprouts then this is not a problem, but the grass will take several days longer. water full of carbohydrates at room temperature for 5 days = ...

@op: to me that is a lot of fat to supplement. but i get my fat from other sources (with meals) throughout the day, so i find supplementation useless. the extra fat makes me way too tired. hard to breathe...

if you start feeling fatigue symptoms bear this in mind.

i think the wheatgrass is a fine idea though.
