Looked up colloidal copper, expensive. 30 bucks for a 10 ppm solution (250 ml). Anyone have any sources that are reasonable

We had a friend who was an Indian Ayurvedic doctor some decades ago. He advised my husband to drink water from a copper bowl each morning.
