The Vitamin C and Zinc and Folic acid i take with water, Spirulina and Vitamin E i take with juice...Probiotics alone
Am i doing anything wrong? Is there any 2 i shouldnt take together?
Everything looks good. The only thing you want to try and avoid taking for example is calcium and iron. For whatever reason, the body only processes one at a time well, and if you take the two together it isn't as effective as taking them separately.
Also you should try and take the vitamin C with the Iron and it helps absorption, also vitamin C and Calcium are good to take together as well.
I tend to like 1000 MG of Vitamin C daily. Anything more and you just sort of pee it out anyway...
