Talking How many vitamins combined together in one swallow can be dangerous or no?

For example, I am made to swallow the following:
-Organics for immunity made by mushrooms
-Calcium- 1200mg plus 1000 IU
And I think it also has Vitamin D3 in the bottle.
-CoQ-10 100mg
-Fish oil
-Vitamin C- 500mg with Enchinacea (unsure what that is if you could clarify)
-Natural Vitamin A with 8000 IU
-Super B-Complex with Vitamin C and Folic Acid.

Do you think that this is way too much for my system to handle? I am 19 years young and I need to be healthy by taking vitamins because I don't get it from food. I do eat, but it can be hard to eat since I have appetite issues.
What do you suggest? are all these vitamins that I'm taking too much, especially since they're combined together and each vitamins are doing different things in my system?
I ask because when it comes to psychotic prescribed drugs, they don't allow you to mix antidepressants for example and other things because of their side-effects. I'm wondering if it can be the same for vitamins. I don't want to poison myself or have issues once I'm older.But right now I'm feeling fine, I'm just wondering if the prolong use of combing these vitamins will harm me.

Hi, I really don't want to poison myself and I have no where else to go but here. They're just vitamins so I don't see anything wrong with taking a ton of each different ones but I'm still a little weary...I have to take supplements but is mixing a lot such a good idea? Why?

No problem with that mix. You find many foods that come with that combination. I like to start with a good multivitamin/mineral tablet, then add supplements that I think I need more. I have a kitchen cabinet full of vitamin, mineral, herbs, etc that I take daily or occasionally at least. I've done that for decades.

For that vitamin B, if you are taking something higher than a B complex of 50mg, commonly called B50, your are wasting your money. Your system cannot use more than that, so it washed out in your urine, which will be bright yellow.

Most of the excess will be removed from your system naturally. The oil vitamins stick around a long time and can accumulate, so you should not take too much of vitamins A and E. What you are taking now, seems OK. However, you can make it easier if you find a good multi with more minerals added.

I think that if you're taking a calcium supplement (and it should be citrate not carbonate) you should be taking an additional supplement of Magnesium (citrate), for proper absorption. I take quite a few supplements daily, but it's always wise if you're on any prescription medications to research the side effects and drug interactions.
