Thanks for the info knightofalbion. I've never eaten it raw, which is of course the preferred form, but I've taken ginger supplements in capsules.

Wonder if that would work on heal pain too. I put those Dr. Sholls heal inserts into my shoes because the floor @ work is tile over cement.
