My dog has all the symptoms of S.Mange althought vet cannot confirm with scrape [appararently this is normal]. Vet wants to treat with spot-on [advantage multi-advocate] I would have to use the treatment twice one month apart and give preds [steriods] and antibios. Is there a natural alternative to all this cr*p please? My dog is VERY itchy, scratching and biting at front legs & ears. Thanks!
