I have just got over frozen shoulder about six months ago, and now after having an xray on my knee I have a spur on my knee joint.
I also fractured my wrist a week and a half ago, now dr is talking about having a bone density scan and putting me on calcium medications, the Dr at hospital said Ostelin is good for bones, it has vitamin D3 and calcium in it, and mentioned a few others but said they have side affects so I will definately not be going on them. I am more concerned about having too much calcium,as i believe that can cause broken bones and heart disease, what are your thoughts on this? please. |
