Default bad knees/hips while running

I used to be a runner, but I stopped about 6 months ago because my knees and hips couldn't handle it anymore. I'm taking fish oil supplements and osteo bi flex MSM w/ chondroitin every day. I purposely dont do anything that would put any impact on my joints because I dont want them to get worse.

My joints are perfectly fine, I never feel any pain or cracking except when I run, but I would like to be able to again sometime. Im only 22 years old so I shouldnt even be having these problems!

Has anyone ever had experience with something like this? I want to know if theres a way to heal or rebuild whatever I'm lacking in my hips and knees so I can run again. Or at least not end up in a wheelchair when I'm 60 years old lol

Hip or knee pain is common for runner, knee pain occurs during running time. Try home remedies knee pain relief. Glucosamine is the effective supplement for knee pain. Take natural supplements like Omega XL, Omega XL one of the best product for knee pain relief.

Default Hyaluronic Acid

Running isn't the best form of exercise because it tends to be hard on joints. Excessive running also causes oxidative stress on our bodies.

If you are doing something and and it is causing you pain that it is your body's way of telling you to stop doing that!

The quickest and most effective way to increase flexibility and endurance in joints is to exercise with heavy weights. I think knee bends and leg thrusts while holding heavy weights would be most effective in your situation. Don't do them every day but every other day to give your joints time to rebuild. After a couple of weeks you should notice a significant difference while running.

Yes, a high dose glucosamine supplement is your best bet.

Keep your weight down - puts great strain on the knees.

Walking is as good as anything for a cardio and circulationary workout.

Here's my two cents worth: Get a Rife machine and who knows you may be running again at sun rise.
