Default vit. C and baking soda measurements (virus flush)

I want to make a drink of ascorbic acid and sodium bicarbonate but can't figure out the amounts to use because I don't have a scale. I do have measuring spoons though.

Does anyone know of a good amount to use of each in the measurements of volume (tsp., T, etc.)?

My goal is to get rid of a lingering virus and I want to do a vit. C flush.

I only use 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda when I take it for heartburn. I don't take any more, I may be wrong, but I think it could make your body TOO alkaline. As far as the vitamin C, I think the powder from capsules that equals 3,000mg would be a good amount for your purpose. It it were me, I'd repeat the vitamin C every 3-4 hours after the initial dose, without the baking soda.
