I am looking for something that can cure or really help severe sinusitis/ hayfever, for my sisterinlaw and brother, they are allergic to certain plants that are in flower here at the moment, eg Bottle Brushes

Nasal rinsing with non-iodized sea salt in tepid water with a pinch of aluminum-free baking soda may bring some soothing relief for the sinuses. Some folks get good results using Quercetin or the herbs Stinging Nettle or Fennel for hayfever type allergies.
