Its been 2 years since i havent been a heavy drinker, its been 12 months surely where i got drunk like once a month, and for the past 6 months i hardly drink, i work in a bar/club and the way those people drink, i have to keep turning everyone down on shots and such every night, but i do so i know i dont drink, i be drinking fresh lime,lemon,orange juice and stuff like that, mostly water though...

\nChlorinated water. Well i dont know the quality of the water i drink, here is what happens, all over the country i live in there are these \'\'wells\'\', basically you take your balloon, you go there, insert a coin, and water comes out, thats what EVERYONE drinks, ok 90%, the rest either have a filtration system or just go out and buy bottled water in plastic bottles, yuck.
And i keep my water in some 15 glass bottles i have, clear glass. in the fridge, but i usually leave a bottle out to drink throughout the day in order for the water to get to room temperature, and so when i drink it the cells in my body can absorb it easier because the body wont have to stress and tire itself out with buffering the temperature of the water. And if i feel like it, i open the fridge and pour a glass of cold water,

\nNow that you mention vaccinations, i had a few when i was a kid, its been many years since i had my last vaccine, im 23 in 2 weeks so i would say its been a decade give or take a year since i had my last vaccinations.

\nWater my history with it is i grew in a country we could drink water from any tap we could find everywhere, drink it, shower with it, it was wonderful. When i was 9 years old we moved to another country one where tap water was not to be drinked, I remember going back to my home-country for summers and id go to a store to buy water, and they would always point me to sparkling water, id ask for plain water and you cant imagine how many stores didnt sell it, people would just look at me like, go to the bathroom if you\'re thirsty hah lol. That was around the year 2000

\nAnyway that has all changed now, the water companies used to be owned by the government, ex-communist country, not Soviet. Now its private and it belongs to some German or Polish or Italian company and the tap water has been enriched by CHEMICALS, its a sad situation :/
