Default Digestive trouble

I've had digestive trouble on and off for a few years (I won't go into detail) and wanted to know if anyone had found any natural medication that helps. I've been hearing about citricidal liquid and how that can help but has anyone else tried it?

Thanks in advance!

Two of the best things you can do for your entire digestive system are probiotics (friendly bacteria) and digestive bitters.

You won't say what digestive problem you have. There can be so many things going on. That's why I recommend those two items. They will help, no matter what.

If you are over 40, your stomach acids are low. They can be improved with digestive bitters, which have been used for at least a century. You don't need to use so much. Most bottles say a dropper. Use half. The back of the tongue just needs a taste - the bitter receptors are on the back. I don't mean under; but it does not matter. Digestive bitters will also improve your enzymes.

Probiotics produce acids to kill other bad pathogens. They are essential to digestive and other health.

I'm not going to guess anymore than this. I'm not familiar with the use of citricidal. No matter. Don't try to contest with the body by making your body more acid or alkaline. The body has numerous mechanisms to balance the pH on its own.

What are you having trouble digesting? For instance, fats? Carbohydrates? Protein? If you don't really know, allow me to make a few suggestions that MAY be helpful:
1. Clench your teeth and feel that muscle where the jaw tightens, with some pressure rub that in small circles about seven or so times. If you have a feeling kind of like you just blew up a baloon, you're probably having trouble digesting protein.
2. Does the muscle at the top of the shoulder up to where it meets the neck feel tight/tender? If so, you probably have some trouble digesting fats.
3. Rub under the chin, pressing upward and back from the throat several times (seven or eight). Again, if there is a residual discomfort you probably have trouble digesting carbohydrates.

If any of these prove to be a problem then you may want to find a digestive enzyme that treats your particular problem. However, I find for most people a good all around food enzyme mixture works pretty good.

As the other responders said, a little more information may be helpful. For instance, is there acid reflux involved? Is that lingering discomfort after eating? Etc.

These are test points of which all (I think) practicioners of Response Muscle Testing are aware. Most of the time we just touch those points and using the arm or another muscle, we can tell if there is an imbalance.
I learned these particular rubbing motions from Elaine Newkirk, who is a natural health practioner, who, in turn through working many years as a nurse, learned it from medical doctors. https://www.makeripples.com is her site.
I have been using this technique for about a year now.
