Following are some pointers to note if you are carrying out the exercise.
DONT's
1) If you have chronic heart disease, please do not carry out this exercise unless you are with qualified trainers.
2) Please do not carry out this exercise when you have consumed food.
DO's
1) This exercise should only be carry out on an empty stomach or at least 2.5hrs after eating.
2) Stand upright and at ease with legs shoulder width apart. Bend your knees slightly and lean back such that the weight of your body is on your heels.
3) Pull up your anal muscles as if you are holding back your stools.
4) Look up straight ahead into the distance and point your tongue towards your upper jaw.
5) Breathe in and hold your breathe. Lift your arms up and swing as in the youtube movie listed above.
6) While swinging back as high as possible, cup your hands upwards.
7) Swing as many times as possible while holding your breathe. Swing for at least 40 times per day. If you can do it in the hundreds, so much the better.
If you fart or blech within mins or even while doing the swings, its a normal process. This exercise regime is known for helping to take care of many chronic ailments.
