Avoiding oxalate-rich foods can help cut down on formation of kidney stones. Some are sweet potatoes, peanuts, chocolate & spinach. Strawberries, grapes, green peppers should be consumed in small amounts.
We have so much info on this, but i can't get into the 'library' to scoop it up.
