Lemon is on a distinguished road
Default Want to do a toxin flush, but need some questions answered

I'll start off by saying this. A water flush is out of the question. I'm very reliant on food; I eat a lot, never gain weight, lose it easily, and have an incredibly fast metabolism.
I really don't know how to do this, so I need help; stories, recipes, plans, etc.
This is one cleanse I found (https://www.doctoroz.com/videos/48-ho...leanse-recipes) Good idea? Bad idea?

Many Americans watch corporate-funded shills like ABC's Doctor Oz tell them that the H1N1 swine flu vaccine is perfectly safe and then run out and allow themselves and their families to be injected with a dangerous mixture of ingredients that is so toxic that it does not even deserve to be called a "vaccine". In case you do not know about what is in these "vaccines", you need to read an earlier article that we published entitled "In Case You Were Wondering Why We Dont Want To Take Your Swine Flu Vaccines". The reality is that the big financial interests that own or have financial ties to ABC and the other big mainstream media outlets are the same big financial interests that own or have financial ties to the big pharmaceutical companies that are producing the swine flu vaccines. Do you actually think that the corporate owners that are making massive profits off of the vaccines are going to allow doctors to go on the television networks that they own and tell the American people that the vaccines are bad for them?

I receive many e-mails about dietary supplements and weight loss pills. This one is from Marie:
I just came across a post on Green Coffee Extract. I tried to look up some research on it, but most of what I found had a link to the product. According to a Dr Oz clipping it's supposed to help you lose weight and all sorts of other stuff.

Warning bells were ringing in my head the whole time I was listening as it sounded too good to be true. Since I look to you as a reliable source on healthy eating, I was wondering what your thoughts were on the Green Coffee Extract and if you knew of any studies being done on its benefits/problems.
Marie, you are one smart woman. I watched a video of Dr. Oz talking about this pill and he used the words magical and miracle. That scared me as well.
How many times have we been pitched something miraculous only to find that our credit card bill is enormous and we are the same size?
I dont want to get into a discussion about Dr. Oz and his choices.
I used to be a fan when he was on Oprah showing us lungs that were corrupted from lung disease, but I havent watched his new show.
I went looking for more information on the study that Dr. Oz cited in his video. I found this great post - Dr. Oz and Green Coffee Beans - More Weight Loss Psuedoscience.

The scene is comic: Bob Greene sitting next to Oprah on her TV show, kicking off the New Year, as Oprah tries to explain to her viewing audience why she gained forty pounds - again. Not once did she turn to Greene and say, "Bob, I guess your program is just a bit too hard to follow, something must be wrong with it."
This spectacle first caught my attention in December when Oprah made her weight-gain story national news by featuring her balloon ride to 200 pounds in the January issue of her Oprah magazine. As she talked about her weight problems on her TV show it became obvious that her story coincided with a sales pitch for Bob Greene's new cookbook, which goes along with his Oprah-sponsored diet book. I see from some of the news stories that I am not the only one who thinks this is bizarre. However, it is an interesting case study for future university-level marketing classes in how to market utter failure.
As one of the top clinical nutritionists in the country, the oddities of this story began to perk my interest. After reading through the gibberish in the January Oprah magazine and sitting through my first ever entire Oprah TV show, I went out and bought a copy of Greene's diet book. Within moments of reading the book it was easy to visualize my working title for this article, "Why Bob Greene's Diet Fails Oprah."
Upon further research a new question entered my mind, "Is there anything Bob Greene won't do for money?"
I thought it was peculiar that Oprah was introducing Bob Greene as her long time friend and trainer, while allowing him to portray himself as a nutrition expert. Why wasn't she introducing him in a factual way: "I just want to let all of you know that Bob Greene is part of Oprah, Inc. He doubles as my property manager for my 102 acre estate in Hawaii and together we have purchased a total of six other oceanfront properties nearby (one for a Bob Greene house, one for an Oprah guest house, and four to be left vacant). We have made over ten million dollars on the diet book that has resulted in my dieting failure. And Bob has made millions more promoting McDonalds and other junk food companies on my coattails.

In other words, I'm not optimistic and feel watching the video is a waste of my time.
