\r\n \r\n Already 78* at 5:20 am! Heading for mid 90\'s again today 7/7. Please be
\ncareful if/when doing any work outside, that you keep well hydrated. I can\'t
\nimagine anyone running in this heat/humidity. Just tell your kids and
\ngrandkids to be very careful. My 18 yr old granddaughter got sick from heat
\nexhaustion last week while playing volleyball outside.
\nAlso, be sure your pets have plenty of water especially if kept outside. They
\ntoo can suffer heat exhaustion. Maybe keep the hose handy for cool-downs.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I live in Northern Ky, but Ohio is just as hot/humid. Louisville, 100 miles South
\nis just below 100* these days. It could be worse, as the Northeast is even
\nhotter - over 100* for days now, as we\'ve seen on TV news.
\nOne older dog died yesterday in Ohio from heat exhaustion. Vets are
\nrecommending bringing animals indoors from 11am until 5pm. They said if your
\ndog doesn\'t pant it\'s a good sign of heat exhaustion - take it to your Vet.\r\n

Thumbs up Extreme Heat! Heat Exhaustion!
