I've been to Growing Power. They literally have layers and layers, isles and isles of plants growing in a huge greenhouse. They have a system that sends water flowing through the entire place constantly. It's a very well-regulated indoor ecosystem. They even have fish. Some of the plants grow on top of the water. They use insects...just about everything. I was stunned at how huge the place was and how much they actually grow there. They told me that everything was edible, so I could pick anything I wanted to during the tour and eat it lol.
