\r\n \r\n Oh my gosh. What are we going to do? Fresh water is already becoming scarce, and then to discover that even that is contaminated. Of course, we knew that. For 30 years, it is known that the ag productive central valley around Fresno CA, has contaminated the unreplinishable water table due to ag chemicals. Yet, Fresno\'s population, and others in that valley, continues to climb. This was not so bad when civilization was separated from farms and ranches. We do it to ourselves. How many time do we hear of e-coli and salmonella affecting crops due to animal waste runoff? It is out of control. We need farms and ranches for sure, but we need to keep cities from encroaching upon them.

\nThe other grievance, I have, is that we intend to continue spending so much money on that fracking and that useless Keystone Pipeline project to transport Canadian oil through our country down to Houston, so it can be refined and shipped out from those ports. We should help the Canadians to build their own refinery and help them ship it out through the St Lawrence seaway or something. Then we should spend the money to build pipelines to pipe water from the notorious flood ravaged areas during nasty rain spells into areas that occasionally have multi-year droughts.\r\n
