Sometimes you can find websites that give more specific details that are set up by local hospitals, clinics or communities
For instance when I lived in Utah I use to visit this site for more specific data.. www.intermountainallergy.com

If you take pollen for allergy prevention, it should be local pollen to cover the plants in your area. If you live in tucson and take maine pollen, it will probably notwork.
I have found that pycogenol from maritime pine from France cured my mountain cedar allergy that I had in Utah.

Boswellic acid (boswellia) is an excellent anti-inflammatory. Frankensense is one of the boswellian species. Keep in mind that these are resins; and can be bad for the kidneys with long term use. I've taken it daily, for a couple of months, in a my herbal mix for adrenals and inflammation.
Anything that nurtures the adrenals will have a remarkable, even curing, effect upon allergies. After all, the immune system uses the adrenals to produce epinephrine and cortisol to control allergies and pain.
Since moving to Idaho I have had allergies to Rabbit Brush which is just everywhere. Allergy season for this has not started yet.
I collected some and have been planning to take it in tea form and wanted to start pretty soon but I haven't been able to find any information on ingestion of this plant so I am a little nervous about it.
Meanwhile I started Moducare, simply because I came across a bottle in my stash a few weeks ago, which is some kind of refined pine extract
My mountain cedar allergies still seem cured. It is out now and no reaction. Haven't has a reaction in a number of years to it.
I'm thinking of getting some of Dr Christopher's eyebright formula as my eyes really suffer with this particular plant
