Default High Bun Number under Kidney Function

Hey Gals/Guys - My recent blood work tests came Finally.
Under Kidney Function is says Sodium 140 [normal 136-145], BUN 30 [normal 7-18]
Potassium 4.8 [normal 3.5 to 5.1], Chloride 106 [normal 98-107],
Creatinine 1.1 [normal 0.6 - 1.3]
Diabetes results - 131 [70-110] HgA1C 6.7 [4.0-6.0]

Triglicerides/Cholesterols all in good numbers.
I was told to make an appt - July 17 is set.
I know the glucose and HgA1C are terribly high, but what is the Bun number?
Any info/help on this greatly appreciated!
