The essential oil of peppermint really helps with indigestion. Just apply 2 drops to the area where you are having digestive discomfort and you can repeat that as often as you like. You might also look into tracing the gall bladder meridian as this can bring immediate relief. When the body is not digesting properly, this meridian becomes clogged or blocked. Reach around yourself like giving yourself a hug, putting your fingertips under your armpits and massage this area. It will usually be sore, but it will bring relief right away if this is your problem. The underarm (not the pits), but the side of your chest right under the pits is the area you would be aiming for.
