Be careful, Harry! The Big Pharma police will come after

EarlyBird,
Timed-release melatonin's been around for quite awhile. I think the possible advantage it has (for certain people) is that it can help them
stay asleep longer.
Some people can fall asleep pretty well but they have a problem with waking-up during the night. IMO, that's where a product like this could possibly work better (for them).
I take a timed-release melatonin supplement that releases some melatonin quickly and then the rest throughout the course of the night. It seems (to me) that this more closely mimics our bodies own production of this valuable hormone.
This is the product I use:

I think I'm far too small a fish for the Big Pharma police to come after. Besides, technically, the product used in the study was a pharmaceutical anyway!
