Last night I tried out Kenrico detox foot pads, here is the pad after:
I know there is lots of controversy about such pads, the Kinoki pads for sure are a scam. But Kenrico is recommended by the Japanese Society of Preventive & Alternative Medicine.
They also have alot of
research and peer review studies on their homepage. You are supposed to sleep better when wearing the pads and it sure felt that way, normally I need 10 hours of sleep or more, but wearing them I slept less than 8 and felt fantastic upon waking.
