Not sure if this is still true but 'nutrition' is not taught in medical school or at least not that I know of. One has to be studying to be a nutritionist to gain his knowledge.

I only say this because I have always thought that MDs should be taught nutrition first and foremost but they are not.

To my knowledge, Medical Students aren't taught enough Nutrition, if any at all. I'm taking a Nutrition Course this Semester for Nursing. I already took the Course and earned a B, but repeating as it has been longer than 7 Years.
