Default High Saturated Fat and Heart Disease

Dr Davis of heartscanblog, who is a firm believer in the low carb diet for heart disease prevention, has found that in some of his patients a high saturated fat diet can increase heart disease risk. It appears to boil down to whether you have genetically programmed small LDL. If you have then saturated fat will increase the small LDL and coronary plaque.
