Default Its Calcium Not Cholesterol the Problem In Heart Disease

Bill Sardi makes the case for to much calcium as the cause of Coronary Heart Disease.

Great article.

this paragraph from it addresses Drack and his taking of an aspirin for heart Disease.. Like I said. I have seen countless patients die on these protocols from heart disease. They are a folly and a waste of time and life.

The preventive measures mentioned in the plan are cholesterol reduction campaigns and broader use of aspirin. However, an analysis of the top ten largest studies reveals cholesterol reduction does not significantly lower coronary artery disease mortality and aspirin simply isnt working because baby aspirin tablets (81 mg) which most people are advised to take are not strong enough to prevent blood clots in coronary arteries and full-strength aspirin tablets (325 mg) induce gastric bleeding and result in thousands of needless deaths per year.

Thanks liverock, good article. Also a reminder for me to pick up some more vitamin k2 to help keep the calcium out of the arteries.

This is the Study that Bill Sardi mentioned in his article about 81 mg dose of Aspirin not being effective for preventing blood clots.

Too much iron can be a culprit in heart disease, as well as causing other life threatening problems. Here is an excerpt from one article on the subject of health problems caused by excessive intake of iron.

https://www.livestrong.com/article/31...sed-life-span/

"Heart disease may be adversely affected by iron in your body. The Office of Dietary Supplements reports that evidence suggests iron stimulates free-radicals --- natural body byproducts that might lead to cardiovascular disease --- by inflaming and damaging coronary arteries. Iron may also play a role in the oxidation of LDL, or "bad" cholesterol, creating a more damaging form of the cholesterol that negatively affects coronary arteries."

Aluminium and mercury add to that problem. Part of the trouble is we are all short of the natural anti inflammatory antioxidants that detoxify the brain and chelate those toxins out of the body. We all know our DNA is set to produce vitamin d from dawn to dusk given full body sun exposure but few allow more than 10% of skin surface to see the light of day and then it's probably slathered with sunscreen or other noxious crap.
In the same way we all give lipservice to ensuring melatonin secretion from dusk to dawn is ideal, but most watch TV, use computer, have nightlights, and digital displays in bedrooms, leave curtains open knowing street lighting halves melatonin secretion. The wonder is that so few people get Alzheimer's, diabetes, heart disease or are obese.
To think we could all correct our vitamin d deficiency and use effective Time release melatonin to replace these missing natural anti inflammatory antioxidants for such low cost or even for free if we could be bothered to make the effort to lay near naked in the midday sun or installflux for free
We may all know that iron overload can be reduced by becoming a regular blood donor but most would rather opt for a stroke or alzheimer's than put themselves out by helping themselves as well as helping others.

Examples come from Iherb as they offer cheapest shipping to UK. WAB666 provides $5 initial discount US CANADIAN READERS may find same/similar items cheaper from other providers google/amazon & compare prices/shipping to your destination.

I agree that it is excess calcium and not cholesterol that is to blame.

The ratio of magnesium to calcium is very important because excess calcium is the same as being deficient in magnesium, and most people are deficient in magnesium.

Supplement with 800mg to 1200mg of magnesium from citrate and remember, the older you are the less you will absorb, so take 2000mg of magnesium daily if you are over 60.

Good article... I like Bill Sardi.
