Very funny and very true. I'll bet there are thousands of homeowners ranting in exactly the same way about being 'underwater' with their mortgages.

When I lived in florida (07-09) a friend had a 200k condo she bought for 200k (She dumped a 401k to make the down payment). She foreclosed last yr. The condos were going for 57k.
