I'm Joanne from British Columbia Canada.

I've had a keen interest in alternative health and natural medicine for several years. I had several health challenges that were not getting any better by traditional means, and so I went to a naturopath which made a big difference and I became an advocate for natural therapies as a result.

I believe supplements are very important, and of course a healthy lifestyle with lots of fruit and vegetables, and also safe and non toxic cleaners for the home and for personal use.
