What a great idea, Arrow - D and I have been enjoying the two reiki videos.
This kind of healing is a powerful method for those interested in it. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are related - I suspect all of the martial arts are, too, which is why most acupuncturists practise one form or another. It helps to understand how energy moves. I used to do Aikido and Ki-Aikido.

I remember reading that there have been clinical studies supporting the healing effects of both prayer and meditation - maybe music too, though I am hazy on that subject. I know that listening to good music is, itself, a type of meditation, which takes us out of our everyday selves for a while, so this thread will be very healing to all of us!
