Default When's the Best Time to Take MMS

Hi everyone. I'n so happy that I found this forum, it's great to be here. I only learned of MMS and got my first bottle a couple of days ago. I'm a senior lady with macular degeneration and hoping the MMS might stop it's growth. I haven't found any literature that says whether it matters if it's taken on an emply stomach. Lots of times taking things with food will help eliminate nausea.
Thanks in advance to all who answer.

Welcome aboard Justme. I'm not sure MMS will help macular degeneration but it wouldn't hurt to try.
Be sure and read Xania's thread on her treatment of her ARMD. Also read pinballdoctor's supplement recommendation in the same thread. https://www.natmedtalk.com/showthread...ghlight=lutein

Hi Justme, welcome to natmedtalk. You have found the right place to discuss MMS. There are quite a few users here.

Want to take note that you are the second Just me here on this forum so please people, take note if you are talking to just me or Justme. Just me has been with us a long time and Justme is new to us.

Thanks so much for the info. It's very interesting, in fact my eye specialist gave me literature about it as well.

Default Empty Stomach

I can't tolerate MMS on an empty stomach. I'm now on the maintenance dose and take it nightly at bedtime having eaten several hours earlier. Here's what I look like if I take it on an empty stomach:

However, here's how I look when I take it at bedtime:

That's my best time too baby. Before bed.

I've gone the full route and want to maintain my new found health. So, maintenance dose before bed. My stomach is empty by then. I understand that it is best to take MMS before bed; because the immune system can best use it then.

Thumbs up Hi Jim

Also, after reading about brushing with soap and healing gums I've been doing the recommended Vit C and baking soda making sure it's several hours before my MMS dose.

Unhappy

Hi.I'm new - like today. what a godsend to find your site...I've had hep c for close to 30 years and decided to give the MMS a try. Now up to 15 drops - except that I threw up 2 hours after taking it today and have been feeling pretty sick and weak since (thanks god for the sofa and sunday films). Am really not looking forward to tonight's dose and wonder if I can/should stay at 14 especially as I'm just 8stone (under the 15drops for 120lb). so hard to know what's the best thing to do. As for when to take it, well, up til now it's been a half hour plus after meals - except now I'm not eating - even water tastes wrong and makes me feel sick. Finally got round to some veg juice.
I so hoped this would work and am now be wondering if I can follow this through and is it wise.
Any words of advice would be really welcome. Thanks.

Your body is finally cleansing which is good. Feel free to drop back to 13 or 14 drops. Your ultimate goal is 15 drops three times daily for one full week. It sounds like MMS is doing its job. Bedtime is always a good time in case you feel ill and can sleep it off. After getting to 15 drops I now plug my nose to get the my maintenance dose down, then start brushing my teeth right away which takes the taste away. I'm glad you found this excellent Web site and good luck getting your health back.

Hi Tez

I think it is a mistake to think you need to increase to 15 drops 3 imes a day for any benefit. Jim Humble says himself you should always keep just below the nausea level and not cause severe diarrhea. Probablly some mild diarrhea is unavoidable. Since you are lower weight you need less
In fact the more you take and the sicker you get as a result the less will likely get into your body due to poor absorbtion. So cut back until you have no unpleasant or severe symptoms. I would say cut back to 10 drops and if you still feel sick keep cutting back until you dont. 6 drops should still be effective over time
Two doses a day should be sufficient but smaller doses more frequently may be more effective and avoid nausea. Finding a time 4 hours at least away from the mms to take antioxidant vitamins and minerals and probiotics or yogurt is also advisable as mms could interfere with all these.
You should do what suits you and your body. The goal is to reduce the hepatitis not make yourself sicker so much that your body is too weak to fight the virus itself

Jon

I agree with Jonsher. You do not have to push so hard.

I am also looking at the use of MMS unactivated. It should not cause so much nausea and may be an option for a midday dose.

The original Stabilized oxygen products were not activated and still did quite a bit of good for people. One drop of MMS is worth 5 or 6 drops of the traditional stabilized oxygen.

This site is about Stabilized Oxygen. Look at all the good it does even without activation.

View this site and think about it. Do not keep yourself at a level of nausea and diarrhea. You will not endure the protocol to get the work done. Believe me. You can get to the point where even the thought of doing MMS is repulsive, as I and others have been there. With Hep C you have a ways to go.

It needs to be pointed out, people like jonsher are only out for self indulgence of their own ego's. Talking about what thought's they have with no knowledge of the facts.
Jonsher is a dangerous little boy, an idiot and a good one at that, so it is not his fault. He takes no responsibility for his actions or recommendations and is known on other forums to lie deliberately to get his way!
His posts are dangerous and misleading, he has stated he does not know why MMS works sometimes and not others, and does not know how it works.
He posts rubbish that are his thoughts, not facts or experiance.

Answer this jonsher:

I would like MMS supporters to go to the following site and read the information and see if sounds familiar, understanding that medical test claims date back yo 15 years prior to bumbles invention and more than 20 years before MMS was launched!

Note the humanitarian claims "In addition to being Stabilised Oxygen’s discoverer, this European medical doctor, scientist and humanitarian dedicated his life to the treatment of mentally retarded children.," , patient trials data and this " Stabilized oxygen is a new generation of super oxygenation technology developed by William F. Koch, M.D., Ph.D., which was later utilized by NASA for the space research program for astronauts"
