I have mine normally in the mornings but lately I've been taking it late at night. My sleep seems to have taken a hit, I thought it was prolly work related stress but then I saw this:
I've never noticed a problem at night. I sleep great. I take my d3 all different times of the day as I have a hard time choking down pills.
That article also says that in an oil base is better which is what my doctor said also but it failed to bring by d3 levels up. I will stick to the powder in capsule by Biotec, it has proven through lab work to do the job for me.
BTW www.vitaLady.com sells biotec under the name vitalady but a little cheaper.

I take my advanced quality supplements that contain Vitamin D3 in the morning with breakfast and again in the evening with food. I sleep very well. The total amount of Vitamin D3 I take is 1400 IU daily (contained in antioxidants 800IU, Calcium/magnesium 400IU, Omega-3 200IU)
