I wanted to know if there is any one out there that is taking Methadone & MMS. we are on day two with 2 drops the first day and 3 the second day we are planing to take it two times a day on an empty stomach and not eat till an hour after so tonight we will take 4 drops each and 20 drops of Citric Acid Solution. after siting for three minutes we just add water. my girlfriend is on 25mg of "methadone maintenance" and she is trying to get of it down from 85mg a year and a half ago....... My question is will ether one nutralize the other?

Well today we jumped to 6 drops. In the morning and tonight we are going to to take the same 6 drops.I felt kind of nauseated and I'm probably going to start a new thread to tell about what happens with the asthma i have(I'm 32 year old Male 5'6 160pounds and my girlfriend I'm 29years old about 5'4 120pounds she is feeling OK says that she dues not feel the methadone as strong but no big deal for her right now. so far no one has posted any thing so we wll keep all of you up to date on what is going on with us.... Well this morning i felt nausea and really thought about it, could I go to work feeling this way? And the answer was NO.So I'm sorry to say we did not take it this morning and Heidi said that she was worried to see me this way. Not because I was looking sick but because she is scared to go through that. We talked about it and i think i have a lower detox level than her. as soon as i was up and going i felt a lot better and the day was good we are going to take the same 6 drops tonight and keep everyone posted

well I'm up to 9 drops and Heidi is on 8. i was feeling really nauseous for some time and i did not take it for one day then the next day i started at the same 6 drops that i had left off no. and took that only once that day at night before i went to sleep. Now we mix it with cranberry juice. The more mms that i add the stronger it smells but adding the juice makes world of difference Also we now take it with food. We wanted to take it with just water and on an empty stomach but it was getting hard .We know that we have to get up to the 15 drops three times a day for one week and now we are on it twice a day. we aren't ill or any thing we just want to get all the bad stuff out of are systems that we eat and that we are exposed to in this days life and hopefully we can explain are experience to you out there that might help out some one in some way. ill keep posting our experience.

I have tried MMS without food and talk about feeling ill. On a camping trip I hadn't taken any MMS for several days. My maintenance dose is 6 drops daily. So I thought I'd make up for it and took about 10 drops. That made me ill too since I was no longer used to it. I got back home and began to increase my nightly dose until I got to 15 drops and I'm back to my 6 drops again. TJ's unfiltered grape juice with no added C helps us slug it down. Or if you brush your teeth right away the taste goes away. Jim says to take all supplements about four hours apart from MMS.

Well I'm up to 14 drops twice a day. and im so sorry to say that Heidi is no longer taking it She was up to 12 drops. and that morning she got REAL bad stomach cramps even after eating ceral with bananas. she said that it felt like laber cantractions.But she said that she will start it again she has not gave up on it. i think that once you get up over 5 or 7 drops that you should stay at that level for two days then go up 1 drop that way you dont feel ill .because when you feel bad you start to think if you want to keep going with it .I've had the runs pretty much the whole time and to day my stomack felt bloated all day and was hard to work comfortable. so i'll take the same 14 drops tomorrow. One thing that was cool is we have this whighting mouth wash from "SCOPE" that is just pretty much peroxide and even after brushing your teeth it makes your mouth foam up because all the stuff is still in the mouth. But after drinking the MMS i wanted to see if my mouth would still foam up and it did not not even a little.the MMS killed ALL the bad stuff by just drinking it and i drank kind of fast. i just thought that was cool. ill keep posting and try to encourage Heidi to start up again.

Im wondweing if its just me or what. but this day 2 of 15 drops 2 times a day. and it feels like i have a REALY BAD hang over .the runs all day and throing up. is this what its supos to be like?

Your body is getting rid of the toxins. Drop back a drop or two and build back up. The MMS is working.

well i did not know what to do. so i stoped taking it. what do i do now. I cont go to work like that. i was going to the bathroom every 30mins at work and i could not eat till about 9pm. will it be the same???

The whole idea is to cleanse your body. Apparently there's alot to cleanse. You may have to start over and work back up gradually. Increase only a drop morning and bedtime. Drop back if you experience more cleansing than you can keep up with. I don't worry about eating as I get ill if I take MMS on an empty stomach. I would eat breakfast first and take the first drops two or three hours later. Just pace yourself. There's no rush for your cleansing, right? Let the MMS work gradually on your body's toxins. I have found that TJ's unfiltered concord grape juice disguises the MMS very well. Good luck.

ok just wanted to update everyone. Both Heidi and I are on 6 drops 2times a day. BUT we are staying on that for 3days then going up 1 drop. Its true there is no rush. And man its hard to go through.But we know is worth it. we just hate the way it smells when we mix it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've always been under the impression that it isn't good to breathe in the fumes during the 3 minute processing of MMS, and that you shouldn't breathe as you drink it. I always use a little less than 1/2 cup of water in the mix and swallow it down quickly, because if I stop, I almost can't stand to resume. That way, I hardly notice any smell or taste untill I'm already through drinking it.

I don't know about the fumes. I always leave for the 3 minutes. As I've mentioned before here, TJ's unfiltered concord grape juice disguises the taste very nicely (no added c), especially for the maintenance dose. The week of 15 drops 3X daily is one of the hardest ordeals to get through. It's doable though.

To me, it smells like a pulp mill, or old rotten, femented cabbage. I made the mistake of breathing a little of the fumes, or gasses that were caused by the MMS and citric acid processing one time and had a hard time getting the smell out of my head. If you can do 15 drops 3 times a day you're doing great! I only did it once or twice a day.
