Default Post MMS adjustment?

I feel really run down may be caffeine related. I drink 32 oz tea java after 2 cups of hot tea in morning. After starting mms maybe my clean blood cant take the assault of the caffeine dosage Im used to? I feel like my blood is poisoned its strange.

You are likely detoxing. Drink plenty of water and get extra rest. Eat only nourishing foods. Clean blood can take lots of assault.

What do you suffer from? What dosage of activated sodium chlorite are you using? How many times a day are you taking it?

I was fine at 5 drops back in April because of a stomach virus but 6 drops cost me a day of work due to extreme nausea and vomiting... haven't done that in years.

I took smaller doses more frequently and avoided all that.

Taking 7 drops in the morning and then 8 drops in the evening is essentially the same as taking 15 drops once a day. Think duration that it is in your blood stream as opposed to quantity.

Read the updated info on MMS I posted further down in the topic list.

Do you have allergies?
Addressing allergies may be the way to go.
Serrapeptase is also known to help with congested nose.

30 drops a day for a stuffed up and runny nose? That's the most extreme I've heard yet. The 15 drop dose originally was for malaria victims in Africa and the maximum recommended for advanced cancer patients.

Please see the updated MMS info.

You may want to try SilverFox's mouthwash consisting of a diluted 5% un-activated sodium chlorite mix. I've used it myself and it is quite effective.

Just for your information Jeremy,

0ne drop of unactivated MMS is about equal to 6 or 7 drops of 5% unactivated sodium chlorite.
So if you are going to use it this way there is no need to purchase another product.

MMS is 28% sodium chlorite.
Actually 6 drops is closer...some reason I figured 7 earlier.
So if you are reading a protocol for taking 5 drops of the 5% solution just take one drop of MMS. If the protocol says take 15 drops of 5% solution use 2.5 or 3 drops of MMS.

And it is so much less expensive!

I was doing 1 drop 22.4% sodium chlorite solution to 5 of citric acid mix. The directions said work your way up to 15 drops twice a day. That would mean 15 drops of the 22.4% sodium chlorite mixed with 75 drops of citric water mix correct? Anyway I stopped last week. I feel horrible I've had a sore throat for a month and my limbs are aching. I tested negative for hiv I will have results for other stuff in a week or so. I want to take mms but its a catch 22 Im thinking it may cure what ever is making me feel shitty or its the cause of it.

Actually feel ok this morning like Im going to pull through. I think I just had a shitload of dead toxins in my blood and mixed with lowering my severe ice tea addiction was a knockout combo. I also started drinking colloidal silver and this helps. I will update.

When your toxin load goes down your body will start to rebuild. Its a good time to look into taking a greens drink product to super boost you.

Hi Halebox,

The crappy feeling you are getting is normal and called a "die-off effect". You can Google Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction and/or Lucio's Phenomena for tips in combating the hurtle but the positive to dealing with feeling lousy is that you now know you are releasing the toxins from your body.

Soon it will over and you reap the benefits. Be Well!

Skip the Excedrin - instead take buffered vitamin C and drink lots and lots of water to help rapidly flush the toxins out of your system.

ALSO, Lemon Balm tea is a great help for release of toxins and bacteria - you don't want anything sitting in your system as it they will soon turn to poison – the quicker it moves out the sooner you will be feeling better.
