And I was down at church saturday helping get ready for our local greek festival and this guy (75 yrs old) pulled out his afternoon pills to take. I said it as a reflex action. He had 12 different pills! He also complains of getting leg cramps in the evening, so I went home and grabbd a package of eden foods organic pumpkin seeds. (3.5 servings per packet, 50 % daily requirement magnesium per serving) and kept giving some throught the day where he had about 3/4 of the package downed. I saw him this morning and asked and he said he was cramp free the last 2 nights.
