Do you thin now products in general are good?
I bought one of there CMO products and was disappointed as was my friend who is a real barometer for what anti inflammation products work..

Howdy, Arrowwind.
I just search IHerb out of familiarity and laziness.
I did skim through the GH products that I previously linked to. I believe the
Pro GH looks pretty good. I wish it didn't have any added fructose though. Aside from that, it seems like something that may be worth a shot.
Generally speaking, I like the
Now Foods products. I don't necessarily like all of their products however. For instance, I wouldn't use any of their multivitamin/minerals because I don't care for their composition.
Currently, we (myself and my family) use a number of their products. I use their ECGC (green tea extract), proline, lysine, chondroitin, psyllium and a few others.
I do have confidence in their quality. They appear to have a pretty solid quality-control system in place. And, I've found them to be quite responsive to my QC inquiries in the past.

IGF-1 is a complicated matter. One that I can't, at this point, comment on intelligently. I do know that it does play a controversial role in certain conditions. For instance, if I'm not mistaken, it's thought to be somehow implicated in the development of a variety of cancers.
Perhaps that's something your doctor can help to clarify. Many times, the relationships between biological substances and diseases are even more complicated than than relatioships between family members at Thanksgiving or politicians in a new administration.
