PLEASE SHARE THESE WITH YOUR PATIENT'S THAT WANT TO EAT ORGANICALLY AND
HEALTHY.
Here is an easy Pumpkin Pie ice cream recipe I made:
1/2 can organic pumpkin pie mix
1 pint SoDelicious vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream (be careful as this
brand of ice cream has 2 versions: some made of soy and other made with
coconut milk)
Pour entire pint of ice cream into a glass container ( I used a large
measuring cup), mix in 1/2 can of organic pumpkin pie mix and blend with a
braun. Pour ice cream back into pint container and refreeze...it's that easy
and sooooo delicious!

Here is another healthy recipe for Alfredo sauce.....
I also use organic coconut milk when making my organic Alfredo sauce......
(1) can organic coconut milk
(1) pint or (some stores use one pound containers) of
fresh shredded organic Parmesan cheese
(1) tablespoon of raw organic butter
(2) teaspoons of organic fresh crushed garlic
Bring to slow boil, constantly stirring until it thickens....serve
over organic pasta(s).
When I have the time I make fresh organic spinach, drain good and fold
into the sauce before you pour
over pastas or baked chicken.
