Since I started taking ashwagandha I have experienced a number of benefits. The first immediately benefit is that I felt less stressed from a stressful job. I slept better and had an improvement in alertness. Also, although you have to look hard for websites that say this -- it has, ahem, made my woman much happier. Not sure if it is a direct benefit or a side effect of stress reduction.
