Can\'t say I know anything about lightboxes, but after reading the article it makes me think they are a very bad idea. \r\n <!-' + '- / message -' + '->\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n <!-' + '- message, attachments, sig -' + '->\r\n\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n When I read your post I naturally assumed these "lighboxes" would be using full-spectrum lighting to mimic the effects of the sun, so you can imagine my surprise when I read that they use very powerful fluorescent lighting and no UV rays whatsoever. Sitting in a box for two hours irradiating yourself with very powerful dead artificial light is a horrible idea, and fluorescent lighting is highly toxic to the body.\r\n Quote: \r\n

Growing grasses and microgreens in indirect sunlight will capture massive amounts of biophotons (sun energy) and transfer them to us when consumed. Nearly every living thing on this planet relies on sun energy to sustain them, but many people are eating it a very distant secondhand or even thirdhand. Cows eat grass and then people eat the cows, but why are they relying on the middleman??? Middlemen always lessen the value of a product because they always want their own cut. The best thing we can do is consume sunlight directly from the source (sungazing and sunbathing), the next best thing we can do is to consume young, rapidly growing plants that soak up the sun energy like a sponge (microgreens, grasses and green sprouts). But what do even most health-concious people do? They eat half-dead, weeks old mature produce from stores that have virtually no sun energy in them at all, and they eat the middleman (meat) instead of getting their sunlight directly from the source. Is it any wonder we have people ending up with SAD and all these other chronic diseases? And the people who do go out in the sun negate all the benefits by wearing toxic sunscreen! There can be no doubt about it, most people today suffer from a sunlight deficiency. \r\n <!-' + '- / message -' + '->\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n <!-' + '- message, attachments, sig -' + '->\r\n\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '-' + '- \r\nI\'ve found that the best foods for depression, anxiety, and SAD are sunflower greens and chia grass, and everyone I\'ve put them in confirms this. Sunflower greens are such an amazing food and very high in both sun energy and numerous feel-good factors, and there\'s something special about chia grass that gives you a feeling of complete bliss and makes every day feel like summer in a tropical paradise. Chia grass also seems to give people near-immunity to the cold...it seems like this food was made specifically to counter the negative effects of winter, and it does! It is one of the trickiest microgreens to grow, but it is absolutely worth it.\r\n | \r\n
