I�ll attach a picture of the rashes on my thigh. I�m not entirely sure it�s ringworm, though that�s what my doctor seemed to think it was. I�m going to try to give a detail account of how long I�ve had it and how I�ve tried to treat it so far. Please, if anyone thinks they might know a good treatment for it, or thinks it might be something other than ringworm, let met know. \n \nI first noticed it back in April of this year. Back then it was just two circular rashes side by side. One was about two inches in diameter and the other was about one inch. I did really nothing about them for three weeks (which was stupid on my part), and for three weeks the rash stayed pretty much the same. It did not spread, or get bigger. Then about a month after I noticed it, other smaller rings began to form near the bigger one. I showed the rash to my mom, and she said that if it�s ringworm, put vinegar and salt water on it. I did that for a little bit, but I didn�t do it consistently and the rashes got worse. \n \nAfter this I went to my doctor, who prescribed Clotrimazole to me. I tried that for about two and a half weeks. It didn�t seem to be having an effect, if it was healing it, it was moving along so slowly that I didn�t notice. The last bottle of Clotrimazole ran out a little over a week ago. \n \nSince then I�ve been trying to treat it with Oil of Oregano, which is suppose to kill funguses. My mom used it on a small rash on her finger that she thought she caught from me. Her rash is gone. At first it looked like that Oregano Oil was clearing my rashes up, but over that past couple days, it has gotten ALLOT redder and the skin on the rash has started to peal. Also, the rash area kind of burns now, and it didn�t before. I don�t know if this is part of the healing process or what? I�ve been applying the oil directly to the rash and taking it orally for about a week now. \n \nA couple things that always made me doubt that it ever was ringworm is that it did NOT itch really at all, and back when I was doing nothing about it (and didn�t know that it was supposed to be contagious), nobody caught it. \n \nAgain, please, if anyone has any information for me, I�d greatly appreciate your advice.
