\r\n \r\n From personal experience i found out that celery lowers blood pressure. I went to the doctor and my blood pressure was 130 something over 85 and i bought some celery and i typed the benefits of celery and one of the benefits was that it lowers blood pressure because celery has a compound that does something to the blood vessels. 3 or 4 weeks later after eating 2 stalks of celery almost every day my blood pressure dropped to 120 over 78! The only reason now that my blood pressure goes up is because sometimes i get adrenaline and that rises my blood pressure because adrenaline is a stress hormone but laughter i heard reduces adrenaline and cortisol.\r\n
