Honestly its been since my last post i only got 1 hive-like spot and im actually suspecting it was a mosquito bite when i itched at first i was like oh here we go hives again,but then i looked at it and i felt like it hit me on the head (mosquito not hive)
I mean i honestly dont know if my Lifestyle did anything or not,maybe im just less stressed in the last few days but here i go,what i am doing and someone who surfes the net like i surf the net for health info,maybe find it helpfull...
1) Eliminate Meat (90%)
2) Eliminate Dairy products (70-80%)
3) Vitamin A supplement Once a day or every other day
4) Vitamin E drops Once a day or every other day
5) 2000-6000mg of vitamin C per day
6) Spirulina Once or Twice a day with a meal
7) Multivitamin 1 Pill a day
8) Olive leaf capsule Once a day
9) Probiotics papaya puree 10billion living cells + Village Yogurt(one bought in a ceramic cup)
10) Mostly Vegetable nutrition (All kinds)
11) Echinacea (i did intensive use, and now continuing with maintenance use)
12) Selenium Once a day
13) Eliminate alcohol (95%)
14) Sleep at least 8 hours A NIGHT!!! Not in the afternoon
15) Eliminate Sugar (95%)
16) Stop smoking ( i cheated on this one,i did not stop smoking at all :/)
...Some good antifungals in the mix.. Vit C, selenium, olive leaf..
I quit smoking 15 years ago, and was one of the best decisions I have ever made. All I can tell you is that its not easy, therefore you have to be ready, otherwise it won't work.

I would recommend that you double your olive leaf extract... and see to it that it is standardized 18 to 20% for Oleuropein for at least 6 months then reduce down to one a day.
My friend used this product to reduce fungus and it is also good against a number of other microbes and parasites and it worked but she didn't even use a standardized product, just powdered olive leaves.

Because you have cut back on meat and dairy so much I am concerned that you are not getting enough protein. What are you doing for protein?
I would guess that you need at least 60 grams a day, much more if you are muscular and very active.
Because candida is associated with heavy metals in many cases, and it is not certain if the metals promote the candida or the candida promotes the storage of metals a heavy metal detox should be done periodically. If you supplement with iodine and selenium that will take care of some of them.
Because you were born and raised in Serbia I am concerned that you have had significant radiation exposure also which would include uranium, strontium and radio-active iodine. We have a tread happening right now on heavy metals you may want to visit.

pinballdoctor i did not know that about tobacco,but i know that EVERY health issue you might have,any surgery you might undergo,any healthy living site you visit,anyone you talk to on a daily basis,any book you read,the first and most important thing is to STOP SMOKING,so i did not know about it having fungus (ehhh disgusting) but i know tobacco is just BAD,THE WORSE stuff...one day i hope to muster up the courage and drop it,but that day has not come yet... :/
As far as me beeing born in Serbia and the radiation i dont think i was exposed to it much because i was there untill the middle of the NATO bombing in 1999,so the bombing started,it lasted for 72 days and i was there for 30 of those,and after that i havent been there that much,so i guess maybe i was exposed a bit,but i think it was minimal,very minimal...
i do supplement with selenium,but iodine i just use as a mouthwash,and to wash my down area,you know,warts and such... i do not take any iodine as a supplement,internally that is.

You know i was wondering,because where i live there are quite plenty Olive trees,if i go and cut many leaves,is there a way to use them instead of spending money on the capsules? besides naturall is always better than supplementing...or is there a special procedure to procure the certain ingredients that are put in the capsules which i could not get on my own without some machines and such????
im starting to have alot of bottles though,which is kinda worriesome,but hey its all positive stuff,all natural (as much as possible) and i guess working...

and as far as teas ive been using: Green Tea,Nettle Tea,Kantarion Tea,all leaves(not bags)
as a sweetener i use exclusively honey,nothing more...
the tea i need to put honey almost always,as far as cacao goes after a few days i realised that putting 2 teaspoons of cacao powder instead of 1 gives it so much better taste and i dont even need a sweetener...its perfect the way it is,not Sweet,just perfect really...and with water...who would have thought
I really dont know if anything ive been doing helped with the situation...Honestly maybe the hives would have disappeared even without all of this things ive been doing,thats not the only reason im doing the healthy route so it really doesnt matter...And i didnt see the supplement stuff on any hives guide or nothing,just alot of reading about alot of things...

Natures Way makes very good herbal products... but in you case I am not sure that one capsule a day is sufficient. My friend used merely powdered olive leaf which is what natures way product is that you are using and she had good results with it but it took a long time.. your product is not standardized so we do not know how strong it is. Its a good price. I suggest that you at least double the dosage as I said before, maybe triple it. correct dosage is everything... Next time you order I would look for a standardized product of 18 to 20% at least and take on in the am and one in the PM believe my friend took 6 caps a day. You can grind your own olive leaves. Harvest in early summer when the leaves are still moist. If you do this take 6 caps a day. You can purchase a device either from iherb or vita cost that helps you to fill capsules. You can purchase the caps on line too.
Although spiruline provides protien just how much are you getting. An active guy should have at least 60 grams a day. You could easily add Jarrow Whey. This delivers 20 grams a scoupe and is very easy to digest. Get it at Iherb.
Actually I was thinking Nature's Sunshine, not Nature's Way. I don't know much about Nature's Way. Maybe someone else does.
My concern about living in Serbia has more to to with Chernobyl than it does with any recent war, which actually could have effect but I had not thought of it. If they used bunker busting bombs then for sure there is the risk of radiation exposure that is ongoing in the area. I had not heard anything along these lines though.
Chernobyl on the other hand contaminated much of Northern Europe and evidence is quite profound contrary to the popular propaganda. The only treatment at this point for that inicdent is a heavy metals detox, likely several detox protocols over a period of time. Also, there is much evidience that candida is associated with heavy metals contamination.
Take a break from that 50mg zinc once or twice a week. 50mg is quite a lot of this metal. Zinc is an important part in the healing of most problems, but 30mg is quite sufficient.
