I'v been eating hachiya persimmon's on empty stomach in morning for last 4 days, but was suprised that rather than loosing weight, i'm feeling fuller and stomach getting bloated and bloated.
Today I just read this:
"Persimmons contain certain subtances that easily react with hydrochloric acid in the gastric juices, depositing sediment. Too many persimmons taken on empty stomach will cause the sediment to accumulate n form stones that will affect the digestion. The stones may block the exit of the stomach n cause acute stomach expansion."
"The
Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy notes that consumption of persimmons has been known to cause
bezoars that require surgery in over 90% of cases. More than 85% phytobezoars are caused by ingestion of unripened persimmons".
My question is: what can I do now? I think my stomach is getting bigger due to these persimmons sticking to my abdomen area and starting to form bezoars.
Is there anything I can do now to dissolve or vomit out this stuff ?
Please advice urgently, I am truly worried.
