Solgar Male Multiple Multi Vitamine

Dear All

I just got Solgar Male Multiple Multi Vitamine, am doing MMA since a long time now, before that i was taking Centrum+Magnezium, i was told that Male Multiple is much efficient and stronger.

i couldn't find any articles about Male Multiple VS Excersising, so kindly i need advice regarding this and how good it is with training?
