Default Is there a way to get a vitamin check up?

Foremost, I just stumbled across these forums, so hi =)

I haven't had health insurance or anything of the like for years, and I'm rather callow at a young 21, so I don't quite know how all these matters work. I feel like I have a slew of problems, no hypochondriac, but I've been working to get my health in order. I've been taking a couple of different supplements but I was wondering if there was a way to get simply a vitamin check to find any deficiencies and if it can be relatively inexpensive (I know I'm talking about the medical field, here, so I'm not really expecting it). Just looking for a little input from my elders

Thanks <3

Basically, you can assume you are deficient in Vitamin D (The large majority of us are), so taking 2000 - 5000IU a day will be a good idea. Skip multiples. But take a B-complex once a week and Vit C (500mg) a day. As for minerals, take a good magnesium supplement a couple times a week. For herbs/natural products: Turmeric, fish oil and ginger root. Also try long fast walks 5X a week. Good luck.

So you only need a B complex once a week? Why not everyday? What about vitamin A , E, K etc? and all those other things you find in a multivitamin? you dont need them?

Is there any danger in taking multivitamins? or is it just useless?

Also what about various supplements for specific issues.. etc. like circulatory problems, sexual problems etc.. just work those out on your own?

Right now im taking a multiviatmin / vitamin c / vit d3 / fish oil / ginger / ginko

then various herbs for speicifc issues.. l-arginin/l-citruline, korean red ginseng, horny goat weed, pycnogenol for sexual/circulatory issues - a complex for prostate problems - and a few others for various things.. is this too much? ultimatley I would like to cram everything I need into as few pills as possible.
