Default problems in the bedroom

A friend of mine is having issues having sex with her husband... She is in her mid thirties, and has had several children by c-section, because of high blood pressure problems. Apparently, since this last baby, she is having bleeding everytime after her and her husband has sex... She is also having alot of pain during sexual intercourse... Apparently, a few weeks ago, the bleeding was minimal, just some spoting right afterwards. They were apart for about a month or so, and when they came back together, she says that now she is bleeding to the extent of a period.. she is starting to get worried....Anybody have any bright ideas... I suggested she get to her doctor, but did tell her I would ask you folks on here for any information... thanks ya'll

I think this situation requires a gynecologist and an examination. There is no real way to speculate on this without an exam, but it should be checked soon.

There's several things that could be causing it, which is why she needs to see her gyno... to rule things out.

The first thing that jumped to mind; Endometriosis

Buttttt if she has a STD, polyps or cervical erosion, then it's another story. See what I mean?

If it is endometriosis, I have read that taking Iodine, such as Lugols, will clear that up. I have no first hand experience with it, since I am a male.

Thumbs up

I agree with D Bergy - She should definitely see her Gynecologist! If only to
rule out something really serious.

I agree with everyone that she really needs to see her GYN, bleeding is something that should never be ignored. I wonder if she may have Fibroids that are causing the problem.

thank you all for the info... the could be's hopefully will scare her enough to get her to go to the doctors.... Apparently all this time she has been believing that because her husband is on the larger size, and because she use to do keigels all the time, that those were the cause of her problems... She even wondered if because they had been apart for so many weeks, if maybe that caused her vagina to close up... she said it seems like its smaller now.... does that make sense

It doesn't make any sense to me. She would've been bleeding all along if that was the case, not just since her last baby. Those vaginal exercises would be of benefit, not create a problem. Also, she could use KY Jelly if she needs it, there should NOT be any bleeding related to those things in my opinion.
