Default Morning sickness

In pregnancy the golden rule is not to use any form of medication, including herbs, unless absolutely necessary.
But morning sickness can be very distressing and in some cases threaten maternal nutrition.
Ginger is a traditional remedy for the problem - a fact backed up by four sound studies

Sometimes, not often, when I'm in a high class store like WalMart I'll tell a young female clerk to be careful how she points the scanner. "Why?" she may ask. I reply, "Because it might give some women morning sickness". "Morning sickness? What's that????", comes the question.

When I was pregnant with my children I was had terrible morning sickness. One thing that I found that would help morning sickness is taking a B-complex vitamin. Something in that vitamin seemed to help me not be as sick and even help my nerves during pregnancy.

How to use ginger ? In diet we have to include or to go for special ginger extract in the morning? Drinking ginger water is difficult , so can I add sugar to it?

Hello palmahy93, welcome. Here is an article that tells of the different ways you can take Ginger for morning sickness. White sugar is not very healthy for you, I recommend you sweeten your ginger water or tea with honey. *Take note that wild ginger should not be used during pregnancy, as it will cause uterine contractions.

Thanks kind2creatures for the advise regarding wild ginger. I have read the article you have suggested. I was asking this for my sis and she is comfortable with powdered ginger option.
