She told me she found one website that recommended a couple..and directed me to here... https://www.breastfeeding.com/reading_room/herbs.html\\ She was asking me if it is safe for her to take fennel and/or fenugreek... Does anyone know? I plan on doing some searching tonight, but figured I would ask and see...\r\n

My daughter is breast feeding, but because she is also working, she is having a supply problem... She was asking me about herbs to increase milk supply.
