Welcome, Mahgicmahn. I look forward to learning of your experiences. Husband was taking it - got up to 12 drops and felt ill for several days. He didn't persist with it.

MMS has helped rid me of my Crohn's symptoms. Itis possible it is because Crohn's may be caused by a milk bacteria. The following is one of the latest findings regarding this bacteria.

"It is thought that the Mycobacteria make their way into the bodys system via cows milk and other dairy products. In cattle it can cause an illness called Johne's disease - a wasting, diarrhoeal condition. Until now, however, it has been unclear how this bacterium could trigger intestinal inflammation in humans.

Professor Jon Rhodes, from the Universitys School of Clinical Sciences, explains: Mycobacterium paratuberculosis has been found within Crohns disease tissue but there has been much controversy concerning its role in the disease. We have now shown that these Mycobacteria release a complex molecule containing a sugar, called mannose. This molecule prevents a type of white blood cells, called macrophages, from killing internalised E.Coli.

Scientists have previously shown that people with Crohns disease have increased numbers of a sticky type of E.coli and weakened ability to fight off intestinal bacteria. The suppressive effect of the Mycobacterial molecule on this type of white blood cell suggests it is a likely mechanism for weakening the bodys defence against the bacteria.

Professor Rhodes added: "We also found that this bacterium is a likely trigger for a circulating antibody protein (ASCA) that is found in about two thirds of patients with Crohn's disease, suggesting that these people may have been infected by the Mycobacterium."

The team is beginning clinical trials to assess whether an antibiotic combination can be used to target the bacteria contained in white blood cells as a possible treatment for Crohns disease."

This scenario of both Mycobacterium paratuberculosis and out of control E-coli would explain why the MMS helped my condition so quickly. Of course, there have been other theories proposed on this disease, but my own experience using Rife frequency treatments seems to indicate that E-coli is involved with this disease.

I am now on Low Dose Naltrexone for`Crohn's but I will likely still use MMS on occasion to kill any of this rogue bacteria that may re-establish itself.

If the latest research turns out to be correct, it is likely all you would have to do is take MMS long enough to kill off all of this bacteria and the disease would be cured.

My wife has just started back up on it for her Lyme disease. She went two weeks without symptoms but last night her knees started to hurt. That is a symptom of the Lyme. The interesting part is that it is her first symptom. The MMS used for a short time has brought her back to the original symptom which has not happened before. Usually several areas of joint pain.

This time we will go for the kill. Since I was using an eye dropper to measure out the MMS, we have been using smaller doses than recommended. Now we will use the original dropper and dose properly. I have more confidence in the MMS and am not worried about using too much as I was before.

MMS has worked better than Samento, Cumanda and the Rife machine. All the other treatments helped a lot but nothing like the MMS.

I have the soto instrument machine and used it when I was sick. I think it helped.
But I am afraid the taste will be too bad to handle. Is it? Does it taste like bleach?

The taste doesn't bother me, but it it did, I would take it unactivated and let the stomach acid activate it. I know that's not the Humble protocol, but two scientists on this board say there is no reason that stomach acid would not activate it. I've been giving it to my dog, unactivated for several weeks.

I just bought a bottle of citric acid powder. I emptied out my 15oz RealLime bottle and added 1 1/2 oz of citric acid powder and topped it off with distilled water. It tastes more tart than the lime juice, but not bad.

For myself, I just use MMS to clean my teeth and as a mouth wash. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for an infection, but I don't have anything chronic.

When I first tried MMS internally, I was suffering from a bladder infection and the MMS didn't help. I had to use an antibiotic, which immediately stopped it. The bladder infection returned in a few weeks. Maybe I should have continued taking the MMS internally, but I was leery of taking such a powerful unknown chemical.

The one time I took MMS in a big enough dose to induce nausea and diarrhea (16 drops), I felt invigorated and energetic the following day. I may repeat that just for a periodic tune-up.

thank you d bergy.... i cant imagine why mms if used long enough, and the right way wouldn't cure candida.... candida is in the gut naturally, so basically once you heal your gut, and kill the systemic candida (which will take awhile), then why would you still have candida anywhere but were it belongs, which is in the gut.... whats so discouraging is that people use mms for a month or so, and then go back to eating pasta, bread, and sugar.... then they write a testimonial saying that mms worked temporarily, and then they ate sugar and the candida came back... but, honestly why would you think you could get rid of candida in one or two months... just because you dont have any symptons anymore does not mean the candida is completely gone.... the bacteria have eggs and worms that are in all of your organs and digestive tract and basically everywhere in your body.... it takes time to heal.... maybe nothing out there works, but i wish people would leave strong testimonials after they have given it their best shot... then we would have a better understanding whether or not mms works or just covers up the candida... if you have to take it for life, and watch everything you eat then its useless... eating bread and then being sick for a week because of it, is not good.... its a joke... i just cant believe that candida is irreversible.... its to easy to get it.... over 80% of the population has candida, and colitis caused by candida.... something has to work....

The trick is to heal your gut. Systemic candida is a mutant variety of candida that has damaged the lining of the gut leaving it in many cases too porus, hence the allergies that often accompany candida as well as candida moving through out the body

I do not know if just eliminating the candida is sufficient for healing the gut. If you have allegies also and they go away I guess you could assume that the gut is healed too... but I think other kinds of work have to be done to heal than just eliminating the offensive microbe

Default leaky gut

i think to heal the gut you have to stay away from foods that are irritating the gut, plus kill all the bacteria and fungus.... honestly, i think its impossible to heal the gut without killing all the bacteria because the bacteria is what caused the leaky gut to begin with.... i really believe that some people are just prone the leaky gut syndrome to begin with... i have friends that take the pill, drink alcohol, have used antibiotics, and smoke and their fine.... if they do have candida then it doesnt bother them.... it doesnt cause them pain or discomfort... not everyone who gets candida have problems with yeast infections in the vagina, and bowels.... their the lucky ones.....

Everyone has candida. It is a normal flora in the gut.

With the use of antibiotics the flora mutates and then problems can develop. Yes, it seems that some people do not develop problems after antibiotics. I do think is is because the assault was not sufficient to do the damage for some reason.

Other things can cause leaky gut, but candida is a leading contender and the mutated form is very problematic.

Default leaky gut

my cousin took the birth control pill for years.... she ended up with alot of health problems, including chronic yeast infections, and ibs, colitis, endomitriosis, and other problems.... so i dont think antibiotics is the only thing that causes candida.... alcoholics, and drug users will get it also....

Default Personal use of mms1

I am taking mms1 since June21,2010, going from 1 drop up to 10, up and down, and am now doing 2 and 3 drops, 4 and 5 times a day. Hoping to disable the herpes zoster virus. Yesterday, all day, had a very bad pain in my shoulder nerve that is the most affected by phn. Its calmed down today.

I am fighting shingles[herpes zoster], and have been to many Drs. PCPs, Neurologists, Dermatologists, Naturopaths. I was in a shingles study at a research center [2005] testing a patch that helps with PHN [post hepatic neuralgia]. The patch was very hot [cayenne] and helped stop some of the pain for awhile.

I started taking mms1 because my best friend and her husband are using it and it had helped them. We are all in our 70s.

I have read that topical applications of Lugol's iodine may be helpful for herpes, although not curative. I have given it to friends and they found it helpful.

You say that your friend and her husband use mms and have found it helpful. Did they use it for herpes zoster also?
